    820-00850 no KBD, no TPAD

No luck. When checking voltage to J6701 do I need do it with connecter trackpad? Found something strange near U6860 R6871/1 have 3.3V but R6870 have 0V and have short (0.001 in diode mode) on R6870/1. How is that possible? Thats the same line which have R6871/1 which have correct voltage? Can...

    820-01521 5V 0A

Changed U7800 twice, and same issue. All voltage did not change. My another idea was to re-flash U2890. When shield was removed there saw bad corrosion on U2890. Re-flashed it and same issue. Replaced and re-flashed another U2890 and still the same issue. There is tiny hot spot on U7800 every...

    820-00850 no KBD, no TPAD

Customer tried replace battery on his own. I found one of the UB400 had short on PP3V3_UPC_TB_LDO. Replaced UB400 and it boot now but no KBD/TPAD Tried with known good TPAD with flex and same issue. I found there was no diode mode readings on J6701/17 (TPAD_3V3_SPI_EN). Replaced U6855 and...

    820-00239 5V 0A-0.25A cycle

OK, big mistake was made by me. One of my USB C power meters has been accidentally switch to W instead of A. Correct reading from charger: 5V and 0A - 0.04A cycles. PPBUS_G3H on F7000/1 have 0.013V Apologise for confusion.

All looks fine around Q7030. Rwplaced U7000 and same issue. Any chance one or more CD3215 is/are faulty?

"Surely no voltage at C7050?" Correct, no voltage (0.535 in diode mode) Resistance (ohm scale): C7020 2.6ohm C7023 2.8ohm

Got 5V on charger and 0A, every few seconds it go to around 0.25A (so should switch to 20v) and then back to 0A. Cant find any corrosion. PPBUS 0.02V (0.440 in diode mode) Removed F7000 and still on F7000/1 got 0.02V. All diode valus on LDOs around all CD3215 are correct. Voltages are correct...

820-01700 wont restore in DFU. Big coil short?

    L7410/20 on good board have 7 Ohms. I lifted both coils L7410/1 99 kOhm L7410/2 0.6 Ohm L7420/1 88 kOhm L7420/2 0.6 Ohm So looks like PPVCCGT_S0_CPU is shorted.

820-01700 wont restore in DFU. Big coil short?

Cant find any liquid damage. Have 20V on charger it charge the battery. At the beginning after power button press there was no chime and after 2-3 minutes there was short max fan spin and the same issue in loop. Entered in DFU, tried restore and had error 10. PP2V5_NAND_SSD0/1 have correct...
