I did Install new IO Board and Flex, New flex cable for trackpad, No webcam connected, still it's in same condition

when I plug Charger it takes about .20amp

omg never seen anything like this If battery is connected macbook turns on and works fine I plug charger while battery connected works fine, disconnect battery while it is running still works well, restart computer without battery , it will restart fine , it just not turn on without battery...

Yes, CPU Vcore is working 1.76volt present. Liquid damage was near tiny bit near u1900 and u5110 , nothing major anywhere
