    Macbook A2442 (820-02098) Stuck at 20V 0 Amps

Looks a bit low for me; compare with good board. I expect 0.300-400 reading. I had one A2681 which started working randomly. It had 0.110-145 diode mode reading. Injecting 4-4.2V for some minutes made it starts; only U8100 showed a bit of heat signature. After some time didn't start again...

Sometime S-UEM2 tester doesn't make good contacts; possibly flex issue. Test this, just in case: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T2AbrR-qsyiPh3KrrX8aEXZP6E6KA8oF/view?usp=sharing Keep in mind, I can't assure is good!

    820 01521 140/150mA no power

Be sure Q3100 is good. Check for moved components in U3100 area. Should be better to replace the chip, not reballing.

    820-2655-A no PP3V8_AON

4.2V shouldn't be a problem. Anyway start with just 1V and slowly increase it. A good thermal camera should detect the culprit before 3V. BTW, set amp limit to max on PSU first.

    820-01041 GPU Kernel Panic

Nobody reported such issue similar with old models, for these machines. Also new CPU/GPU power supply chips (SiC/FDMF) are not recognized failing like old FDMF6808. You should really have a bad GPU in this case...

Did you check diode mode to ground at 3V8_AON? Don't waste time with o-scope; as no output voltage, no pulse for sure!

    A1466 SSD ISSUE

I suppose LIO's thermal sensor is damaged; or not communicating with SMC. If same with known good LIO board/flex, then check J9500 solders and traces; pins 5, 11, 13.
