    820-2655-A no PP3V8_AON

That is 10uF capacity at 6.3V nominal voltage; 0402 is the package size (dimensions). And you can find it on older boards. There are many capacitors placed, so shouldn't be a problem to use the machine without one. Never buy new ceramic capacitors; just use scrap boards, following schematic and...

    Macbook A2442 (820-02098) Stuck at 20V 0 Amps

You must remove them, can only be tested out of board. Google should show you many methods for MOSFET testing...

    Macbook A2442 (820-02098) Stuck at 20V 0 Amps

Q5230/40 are used depending if charging works in buck, or boost converter mode. If you can't test correctly, just replace them.

    A1466 SSD ISSUE

You should have problems with U5800, or one of its sensors.

    820-02020 // 5V 0.1 - 0.3A //

This looks good. May have something else damaged on 5V_S2 power rail.

    Macbook A2442 (820-02098) Stuck at 20V 0 Amps

"Couldn't check the charging" ??? Monitoring battery voltage is good enough; it should slowly increase. Tried known good trackpad board/flex?

    Macbook A2442 (820-02098) Stuck at 20V 0 Amps

Looks a bit low for me; compare with good board. I expect 0.300-400 reading. I had one A2681 which started working randomly. It had 0.110-145 diode mode reading. Injecting 4-4.2V for some minutes made it starts; only U8100 showed a bit of heat signature. After some time didn't start again...

    820-00850 19v and 5v

Sometime S-UEM2 tester doesn't make good contacts; possibly flex issue. Test this, just in case: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T2AbrR-qsyiPh3KrrX8aEXZP6E6KA8oF/view?usp=sharing Keep in mind, I can't assure is good!

    820 01521 140/150mA no power

Be sure Q3100 is good. Check for moved components in U3100 area. Should be better to replace the chip, not reballing.

    820-2655-A no PP3V8_AON

4.2V shouldn't be a problem. Anyway start with just 1V and slowly increase it. A good thermal camera should detect the culprit before 3V. BTW, set amp limit to max on PSU first.

Not at all; you have short to ground!

    820-01041 GPU Kernel Panic

Nobody reported such issue similar with old models, for these machines. Also new CPU/GPU power supply chips (SiC/FDMF) are not recognized failing like old FDMF6808. You should really have a bad GPU in this case...
