Voltages come and go as the device turns off and on.

hello,
820-00239 won't turn on after fall
5v was drawing 265 amps. CB408 was showing short circuit when I checked. I disassembled the CB408. No more short circuits. but keweisi opens and closes. it shows 5v
I tried with a full battery, it won't turn on.
I replaced UB300/400, same result.
When the battery is not plugged in, the jb500 side gets 5 volts. But when the battery is inserted, it turns to 19 volts. The device does not charge and does not turn on.
It's 19v when the battery is plugged in...
Does having these voltages mean that the ub300/400 is working or isn't ? So even if I have these voltages, is there a possibility that it is still faulty?
PP3V3_UPC_TA_LDO / CB308 = 3,4 Volt
PP1V8_UPC_TA_LDOA / = 1,7 Volt
PP1V8_UPC_TA_LDOD = 1,8 Volt
PP1V1_UPC_TA_LDO_BMC = 1,1 Volt...
I'm sorry it stayed like that while translating :)
I installed UB090 from the same board and it stays at the same 5volts.
Can we say that the ub300/400 is solid because the above voltages are?
it doesn't restart right now it's pulling 0.64a won't boot

what else do i have to check
I checked again this morning and saw 20 volts instead of 5 volts on the keweısı. But the amperage drawn is 0 when I first plug it in, it draws 0.17a and then it drops to zero.
No original charger. I tried it with its own battery, it didn't charge. The charger I am using now creates all voltages...

VDDA pin shows 100ohm with gnd. When I check the same pin on another board, 500ohm appears. Could the u7000 be faulty?
I replaced the U7000. It draws 5v 0.029a right now
(R6923) PP3V3_G3H= 3.4 volt
hello,
Flux traces in the u5000 and u9800 region
same 5v on all dc inputs
I removed the D6902 and read 5 volts on pin 1 again.
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR = 5 volt
I changed u7201.
SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.4 Voltage fixed
It was a fan return. It pulls at 0.62a and after 15 seconds it turns off and on again.
I tried SMC pypass mode. The fan is spinning at full speed. It resets again after 15 seconds.
I transferred the bios from the same motherboard, still the same
