I think you do not know how to use a multimeter. If you are measuring a resistor you measure across the resistor and on the Ohm scale.
Caps you can never measure in circuit if you wanted to measure capacity. On diode mode you would never get 80.1u. I really do not understand what you are trying...
If U6100 is chipped you are screwed. If it really is dead there is no way to get the SSD to work anymore as there is code in U6100 that is unique to the SSD on the board.
Post a picture of U6100 to asses damage. If you have an adapter see if you can read U6100 through J6100.
Only 3 signals to the LCD. 19V, enable and PWM. Look up the pinout for the LCD and check voltages. Did this happen after an LCD swap with the battery installed?
I ordered from 4 sellers and all was garbage. I have 6708 on the way and I have no idea what the difference is as there is no datasheet for the 6808 as it is an Apple only part number.
