Forgot to say that it was water damaged with some liquid to be seen around battery connector.

Water damaged around battery connector. Already changed ISL6259 due to lower resistance on CHGR_UGATE. (0.110 vs 0.527 on known good?). It measured around 0.527 after replace. Laptop started, battery not recognized yet. Checked CHGR_UGATE and it's around 0.110 now. ISL pins 17/18 (3.9 Ohms)...

No. In order to get image on internal display, external has to be connected and lid closed/open a few times. Then it works normal.

I tried with El Capitan. Nothing on screen. Laptop starts with black screen, nothing can be seen using flashlight. For backlight LCD_BKLT_EN is missing. Goes straight to U9100 (eDP MUX sheet). So something with MUX then since I see HDMI and DP involved on this sheet?

Ah okay, so based on R7978 pin 2 which is PM_SLP_S3_R_L. That's why some other signals such as CPUVCCIOS0_EN were lower than on known good, but I've put it aside for now.
