no i haven't 5V at L3500. i find the problem, i have 3 resistors bad (RB701,RB706,R3506 100ohm instead of 2,2ohm). i change the three and the usb port work with external hard drive. thanks for your help.

No it's not backlight rail burn, it's EDP_INT_AUX_N burn, i check all PM_SLP_Sx it's all at 3,3V my friend have the same mac, it work on external display. i don't understand why you say "No dedicated GPU, so external video missing too"

CPU_PWRGD = 0V, PP1V05_S0_CPU_VCCST=1,05V, CPU_VCCST_PWRGD= 0V U1100 is dead? i don't understand if it's U1100 who make the CPU_PWRGD signal or U1930 for CPU_VCCST_PWRGD. can i jump R1800 to 1,05V?
