820-00239 mac work but no USB power for HDD external

Hi,
i have this board with a problem with external Hard drive, no power for external hard drive.
I have a tester for usbc port, the power supply charge the battery (20V 1-2A). but nothing for external hard drive.
i don't understand why it work only in one way.
The motherboard contact with liquid (near U7650), i change some component here (U7650, C6914,C6912,C6917) but still same.
do you have an idea to help me please?

Did you test if USB mouse and pendrive work?

no the mouse and pendrive not work, and i try a tester USB3 i haven't 5V.
i try on a good know macbook pro, i can see the 5V on the tester.

Do you get 20V on USB-C meter without battery?

yes all four port work to charge the macbook pro.
yes i have always 20V all usbc without battery but never the 5V for old usb.

Did you try another USB-C hub?

my hub work on a good mac and the hub of my customer don't work too.

i try a hd external usbc is same, not work.
I think it work on one way. Do you have ever see that?

Check for 5V at L3500.

no i haven't 5V at L3500.
i find the problem, i have 3 resistors bad (RB701,RB706,R3506 100ohm instead of 2,2ohm). i change the three and the usb port work with external hard drive.

Bad R3506 caused missing 5V for USB-C ports...
