i realized the board is powering on but its brain dead? i get no cpuvcore current sensing. Could be why its not charging but if not then Lgate on isl is only getting .600v everything else checks out.

So replaces all the components on those circuits as well as isl and board turns on but wont charge battery.

BIL connector was unplugged no noticable water damage around the area. Battery connector does have some white residue but nothing looks badly damaged and resistors have proper measurements. Using a fluke 15B+ to measure and the board works.

Battery only charges while on pin 4 of j6950 fluctuates from 1.4v to 2.2v dont know where to start..

R7717 seems to be shorted to ground its trace goes under all the damage not sure if thats why? I removed it and it actually looks a lot better without it. Will there be an issue down the road without it?

Yes there was no continuity to ball a5 from feedback trace test poiny. it also came straight off when trying to add solder to it. Ill have to run a wire from test point of FB to A5 ball. PWM signal is present but at 1.4v ill have to wait for my LED drivers to come in before i continue. is it...
