S5_PWRGD is 0,3v.... i cant find where to cut trace...i could put some uv on pin 20 and resolder u7501

However i can't see trace from pin 20 or from r8141...even scraping...

why? i have changed u7501...

r8141 (same value) and u7501 changed ,,,,still 0v STILL 0V EVEN WITH 10K RESISTOR
