i don't know the history of this motherboard...i've found in diode mode a super low value on pp3v42_g3h...removing l7095 and l7090, i've injected voltage on the line and found that u5000 become hot (3v 0,0100 amp)

should i reball it? should i change it?

Maybe bad SMC, or solders.
Did you get it from same model board?

Check SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

SMC_ADAPTER_EN, 0v
PM_BATLOW_L, 3,3
PCH_DSWVRMEN, 0v
PM_DSW_PWRGD 0,9v

Not normal.
Check first the capacitors connected there.
If still short, remove u1900 and check again.
Lastly bad PCH...

SMC must be programmed with corresponding firmware for your board!!!
