    Yep. If those rails are fine at those voltages, and even with a short to ground, then I’m at a total loss.

    This board is in an S0 state, but PPVCORE_S0_CPU is at .77v and PPVCORE_S0_AXG is at .45v. Shorts to ground on both of them. The other VCore rails are at their proper voltages. No obvious signs of liquid damage anywhere on the board. Because there are two separate VCore rails shorted to ground...
