i still couldn't find problem. so we can say that it is not nand problem 100%. but i couldn't find where the problem comes from. do you have any news?:)
so have 820-00928 in hand. it was water damaged beetwen Y1900 and U6100 area. changed and resoldered some resistors. so problem is next

2) right side ports have 5v 0.03mah ( cyling!!)
all LDO's Present and are stable even 1.1v for all ports but CC1/CC2 voltage cycling very fast as i see with my multimeter it's cycling between 0.5v-1.9v (but it is average of course)
