    Board looks clean no liquid damage. No voltage on PPDCIN_G3H, no short to ground. Only thing I found was PP3V3R3V0_AON had only 39 ohms to ground, is this ok? Don't have another board to compare to.

    820-3115 had liquid damage. It powers on and posts when the LCD is unplugged, but once you plug it in it will only quarter fan spin. Ideas?

    Do you have the bass speaker plugged in? Does it beep when you remove the ram?

    Did you compare resistance to ground on C6991??

    I have also seen a bad U6990 cause high voltage on pp3v42. It also kept causing R6990 to blow until I replaced U6990. I would compare resistance to ground on pin 1 on C6991 to a known good to make sure it is not partially short, then check R6990 and replace U6990 again just for good measure.

    Check resistance across R7081, if it's good replace U7000.
