00045 data recovery from board that stopped charging

Customer states the Mac was working until the battery went dead. Was 5v on USB meter. Found short at U4700. Replaced. Now 20v.

NO amp draw. Seems stuck in S5 state. Missing PM_RSMRST_L? Not sure how this would be related to the original issue.

Possibly classic CPU failure.

Check first basic PCH signals: PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and the 4 PCH's RTC signals (page 12).

SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PP3V3_SUS AND PM_RSMRST_L are missing. Whats weird is customer says mac just stopped charging and then eventually ran oout of battery. I thought for sure no that dcin back to 20v it would work but no.
