Hmm, OK. I only have the Chinese specials with no CPU so nothing for reference.

Board not liquid damaged.
U7501 was dead. Replaced, S5 rails now present.
S5_PWRGD present.

Nothing above S5.
No power cycles / pulsing on any rails.

If U7501 dies it often gets killed through the 5V rail. Check all 5V_s3, s0 for shorts and compare resistance to known good board.
