2011 macbook air screen glitching out

Screen sometimes works perfectly then will suddenly have lines running accross it then if you fiddle arround with the screen the image will suddenly come back again.
Is this something caused by a bad lvds cable? or somethig with the panels ribbon cables (ie have to replace screen)

Whoever plugged the lvds cable in plugged it in 360 degrees the wrong way for some reason, put it right seems to be ok now

Impossible to have an image with the cable reversed.
This is just a bad LCD.

What would the cable care about a 360 twist? The only thing that could happen is that the cable gets fucked, untwisting is not the solution then.
