2012 820-3115 with screen flicker

I have a 2012 3115 that causes any LCD to flicker constantly. There was light liquid damage towards the top of the board, I ultrasonic cleaned but flickering persists. It is not a bad ram slot unless it's both ram slots as I attempted removing top then bottom ram chips.

Either LCD connector corroded or the LED driver got corroded

A video would help to diagnose. Is the backlight flickering or the image?

It is a backlight flicker only, the image has no distortion, It is more prevalent when the computer is doing something vs standby. There is also the searchlight effect at the bottom of the screen

Bad LP8550 or corroded trace(s) to the LED return resistors R9717 and friends.
