Either LCD connector corroded or the LED driver got corroded

A video would help to diagnose. Is the backlight flickering or the image?

It is a backlight flicker only, the image has no distortion, It is more prevalent when the computer is doing something vs standby. There is also the searchlight effect at the bottom of the screen

Bad LP8550 or corroded trace(s) to the LED return resistors R9717 and friends.
