24" Imac very slow boot

A1224 (EMC 2210) IMAC boots extremely slow (45 minutes).
Tried with another HDD, hdd cable, external hdd and ram. Same issue.
Any idea?

Run ASD and report sensors which sensor fail......

I can not boot into ASD.

Disconnect everything including the IDE cable for DVD. Try booting again. If that does not help GPU may be suspect, NVIDIA?
