3v8_aon shorted on 820-02098

this board had a spill on one side of it and after cleaning it thorougly the 3v8_aon rail was missing.. u8100 got warm with voltage injection so i removed it. now 3v8_aon is 1.4v. Is that because u8100 is needed for that 3v8_aon to be 3.8v?

U8100 generates more voltages from 3V8_AON.
So 3V8_AON must be steady.
Compare diode mode reading on it with good board.
