820-000165 No sound

Hello,
I have 820-00165 water damage, I replaced SMC + cleaned ME region.
The device came back to life, every thing working good.
But no sound, the speaker logo isn't in gray and i can adjust the volume level, but no sound coming out.
I replaced the IO no change

In System Preferrences -> Sound, macOS detects change from speakers to headphones?

Machine chimes when turns on?
Try PRAM reset, if not.

Machine don't chimes, i tried PRAM reset no result. I will check with the headphone

For chime, audio codec is not involved.
I heard chime even on machines which doesn't detect audio codec at all.

In fact, I have one 00165 on the desk with such problem.
No audio codec seen by macOS; also no chime.
But changing LIO board, I got chime; still no audio codec detected.
Repair is underway...

Shit happens.
The LIO board I used for test, has bad sound section.
I've just tested with another LIO board and Youtube plays now perfect.

When i plug the headphone it is not working, it is not detecting the plugged headphones.
I can't install macOS, always i have an error, the installation stopped.
I think i have a problem with the bios, how to find an original fresh bios to install ?

Speakers, SPDIF, or headphones, what appear on Audio output devices?

Headphones recognized when inserted, get sound?

If speakers appear and volume bar reacts, then check power for sound amplifier.
Also test with another speaker.

Headphone not recognized when inserted, no sound in it.
Volume bar appear as speaker and reacts, I tested with another speaker the same problem.
Please give me the sound amplifier IC name and net name

Only right speaker amplifier is on MLB, U6410.
Compare SPKRAMP_SHDN_L level with a good working board.

If headphones not recognized, you still have a problem with LIO board.
