820-000165 overheats shots down

Hi, I have 820-00165 shots down from normal use, heat sink is getting very hot since start. not sure where to start, I cant make ADS tool because I dont have older firmware to make it.

is it a typical issue? I have macbook ait 11" with the same issue. I never attempted to fix it.

Press "D" on startup and check if reports any error... I don't remember if ASD 3S156 works on this board..

Heat sink conducting heat all the way to the end? Fan spinning up?
