Do you note voltage pulse on other coils?
Check diode mode to ground on all secondaryy power supplies.
Any history available?
Did you test the board alone on the desk?
Be aware, all these boards end with dead CPU.
You may fix power problem and client comes back later with dead CPU claiming for warranty!
