820-00045 (Bios Dump)

I have a 820-00045 I need to change the serial number on. Usually I just hoop up to the j-Tag and read the bios then change SN and dump it back. This board is not working that way. Some times I have to power up a board so the bios starts talking to the programmer but that does not work either.

Has anyone had success changing SN on these boards?
