820-00045 does not recognise SSD

Usually internal problem on CPU, or broken solder balls underneath.
Some videos reflowing CPU available on Internet.
Unfortunately that is not a serious solution -

You can try it on your risk.
Be aware, speak with the client first; you can get a completely dead board!

Some people say on Internet they had success puting entire board on IR oven.
Possibly someone already tried with pizza oven...
