820-00045 short on PCH_SMBALERT_L also PP3v3_SUS

Hello, i have logic board with shorts on these PCH_SMBALERT_L also PP3v3_SUS lines, if apply some current heats CPU. My mission is to take out user data.

I have same configuration working logic board, what is i would transplant necessary ics? Which ics are married by software?

Has anybody faced with data recovery from a1534 dead board?

I suppose you need to transplant U8400 and U8800/01/10 at same time...

Transplanting the NANDs and controller + ROM sucks balls as they are underfilled. You may be better off trying to replace the CPU first before going the NAND route. But then you have the underfilled RAM next to the CPU too. Unless you can charge $600+ for this I would run away. Don't waste a working board on a low probability of getting data.
