820-00045 troubleshooting steps

G7 and D2 need power then 3v3g3H should be generated by U7100 and ACOK should come high. Check if the LDO is making 5V on R7101/4 and check if the resistor decider for ACIN is working.

R7101 & R7104 measure correct resistance, and 4.9v

CHGR_ACIN voltage divider is working; ~1.2v

G7 has power, but no ACOK signal and no short.

Please tell me that this is not a bad ISL

Very much looks like it...if there are no shorts on any of the rails.
