"i got problem on my board in area of P3V3_SSD_EN_L"
What this means exactly?
Do you talk about voltage, or diode mode?
As per its name, P3V3_SSD_EN_L MUST be 0V in working condition.
So other SSD works good, original is not detected?
Did you try one more?

If you talk about grounded, that can ONLY be seen checking in diode mode, or ohm scale; do NOT do that with power applied.
Getting 0V doesn't mean is grounded; don't you get 0V on other non-grounded points?
Or any 0V points means to be connected to ground???

Then post all Q8070 voltages.
Be sure no short to ground on its output.
Remember to always check with SSD connected.

BTW, did you see any reason to check voltage for each pins, when they are tied together?
