no liquid spill to see, board looks clean and nice

these above lines are steady all time

I have pluged in the KnownGoodBatterie from Harald, shows the 3 green leds, ISL6259 green, ACOK green, SMC Running is blinking blue, comes
on the Chipmunk USB Tester after plug in power cord the Power LED turns for 50ms on thats it.
Replaced SMC but all I posted is still the same
now
I measured with the scope that PM_SLP_S5_L is after plug in power conector 3,40V for 50ms then 0V.
SMC_S4_WAKESRC_EN is also 3.3V for 50ms
PP3V3_S3 is also 3.3V for about 50ms
PP3V3_S0 is also 3.3V for 50ms
PP5V_S0 is also 5.0V for 50ms
PP1V05_S0 is also 1.05V for 50ms
PP1V5_S0 is also 1,5V for 50ms
PPVCC_S0_CPU also comes for 50ms
PP3V3_S3RS0_CAMERA is also 3.3V for 50ms
PP3V3_S0SW_SSD_R is also 3.3V for 50ms
PP3V3_S0SW_SSD is also 3.3V for 50ms
PPVTT_S0_DDR there is only a spike 0.7V much much shorter than 50ms , diode mode this rail is .140 like on my working board wich is ok
PPVTTDDR_S3 is about 0.6V for 50ms
R7401 is 10 Ohm and in diode mode both pins the same value like on my working board wich is ok
PP3V3_TBTLC is 1.5V for 50ms
PP15V_TBT 0V
it is NOT cycling, comes up for 50ms then 0V (the scope measured lines)
