820-00138 No power after short on J4801

I have an 820-00138 that had been damaged by liquid on J4801. Pins 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 were completely melted away so I removed the connector and dug and scraped until the short was gone. I tried to power on board and it is at 20mA and Missing PP5V_S4. I measured it and it is not short, actually it is 1M resistance. I checked all the power aliases up to PP5V_S4 but am stumped with where to go from here.

Some lines go to SMC and PCH; one of them could be damaged.

You should check the basic signals and voltages.
Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS?

PP3V3_S5: 3.3V
PP3V3_SUS: 0.117V

P3V3_SUS_EN_L is at 3.3V.

Starting to think U1100 is not sending out the PM_SLP signals

PCH should release PM_SLP_SUS_L, before pressing power button.

Check all PCH's RTC signals.
Also check PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD.
