820-00163 PPBUS 12.2v no green light

Board had some nasty corrotion around and under U5010, traces got repaired and new U5010, but ppbus is 12.2v

U5010
Pin 1-3 3.1v
Pin 5 0v

When U5010 is not present I do get a green light and 12.56v on ppbus

Do you mean U5110?

If board starts without it, your problem is on its inputs, if still bad after changed it.
Change C5101 too.
Post all voltages of U5110.
Disconnect keyboard and try again.

Sorry yes U5110, the board doesn't start without it, but without it I do get 12.56v on ppbus and green light

New C5101 and same thing

Solve the problem of pin 6 first.
Pin 4 is also bad too...

Disconnect ketboard and check again.
If still bad, post U4850 voltages.

Pin 6 solved, 3.1v now
Pin/Pad 1 of C5120 was gone, ran jumper and walla!
