820-00163 restarting on charge power only

Hi, got an 820-00163 that restarts on 10% apple loading screen when connected only to charger. If i connect both the battery and charger or even only the battery alone it boots fine.

Tried different 85w chaerges, different DC IN board, different SSDs but nothing

Test starting in SMC bypass mode.
You may have GPU issue, or FDMF6808N problem.
