Ppbus_g3h is 1v
Pp3v42 is 2.6v
All_sys_pwrgd=0v
I have removed u8150 no changes...
No corrosion on the motherboard
R7012 is fine and f7000 is okay...
What to do?

Remove F7140 and check C7140 voltage.
Also check diode mode to ground on both sides of the fuse.

Post U7100 basic voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

Did you try fake charger, or lab PSU?

"3=0v"
Check diode mode to ground.
C7111 and R7110 are the suspects there.

Post now U7090 voltages.
Check diode mode to ground at L7095.

C7111=0.003
R7110=0.003

diode mode to ground at L7095=2.005
U7090 voltages
Pin1=1.3v
Pin2=1.942v
Pin3=4.3v
Pin4=1.9v
Pin5=gnd
Pin6=16v
Pin7=unconnected
Pin8=16v
Pin9=gnd

Remove C7111 and check diode mode again.
If still short, replace U7100.

"diode mode to ground at L7095=2.005"
Please check correctly...

Check R7095/96 values and traces.
If good, replace U7090.
