820-00164 not turning on

Have a 820-00164 that has no power and no light on charger. No liquid damage. PPDCIN_G3H is 18V but PPDCIN_ISOL IS 0V

Have no shorts and already replaced q7010 with no luck.

What to check next?

Any voltage out of Q7010 on pin 1? Something that very commonly happens on these newer Airs is that D7012 fails and prevents voltage from passing through Q7010. I'd replace it first

Replaced D7012 but still 0 voltage on pin 1 of Q7010

You should get aprox 7V on Q7010 Gate.
Check R7010/11 and be sure D7012 is correctly soldered.
