820-00164 - system starts, hangs on user

Plate is perfect, I didn't find any oxidation.

I've tried it and without success.
- I put the board in another topcase. Discarding trackpad and cable, I/O board.
- replaced the SSD
- reinstalled system
- tried with external SSD
- I changed the BIOS

The strange thing, when I changed the BIOS, I reinstalled the system (monterey), it goes well at all stages, it only crashes when the system starts completely.

Monterey is not the best to test.
Use USB macOS (older version, like Mojave), with internal SSD disconnected.
Did you try new BIOS with clean ME?

Can you access to macOS in safe mode?
Starting in diagnostic mode, shows any error?

Monterey installation was to get the firmware updated again.

Tried with external SSD with El Capitan and High Sierra (Mac shuts down when loading system), Catalina (system starts and hangs on user), all with internal SSD disconnected.

Yes, I used BIOS clean ME.

The system works in safe mode.

Diagnostic mode does not run, gives error 1003D

If works in safe mode, then you have a problem with a device when macOS tries to load its specific driver.
Very likely iGPU issue...
