clean everything, all look good, no green/orange light, replace I/O board and cable(dont know 100% if they good) the mac turn on with and without battery, there is charging sign but the battery percent's not go up.

Check continuity for SYS_ONEWIRE line between MLB and LIO boards; when flex is connected.
