SMC_RESET_L is 3.4V

PP18V5_DCIN_ISOL_R is 16.5V instead of 18.5V

No History of any corrosion. There was a lot of dust on the back side of the board. Cleaned it properly.

Why do you expect 18.5V there?
Read the nominal output voltage marked on any Magsafe charger, according with its power rate!

8.19V is incorrect voltage and denotes bad communication between SMC and U7100.

Be sure R7100 is good.
Check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

You may have bad solders underneath SMC; should try reballing it.
If still the same, replace it.

Diode Mode Reading to Ground

R7100 is .540

SCL/SDA Lines of the Battery Connector
Voltage 3.4V on both
Diode Mode
SCL is .553
SDA is .549

It worked for a day but now the device wont take charge no Magsafe light.
The machine is on.

Removed Battery and connected the charger. Same.

If we disconnect and reconnect J9500 , it will take charge sometimes.

It is working fine when connected to the PSU. Checked 2-3 times.

Is it that problem where it akes charge from a copy charger and not from an original charger ?

I ordered a knock off charger. It is working absolutely fine on the knock off charger. Still SMC Reball ?

Machine should work with original charger.
You didn't specify actual PPBUS_G3H and 3V42_G3H voltage (original charger).

If DCIN voltage is low, then check R/D7012 and Q7180.

On Original Charger there is no steady Voltage on PPBUS. Its 2V and reducing.
I ll check DCIN Voltage and update
