820-00165-A not powering on

Hello,
I've got an 820-00165-A that doesn't power on.
The client says that the laptop begin to freeze and now it doesn't power on.
I've notice that the C0809 had some corrosion, and after cleaning the area, the pin 1 of the C8190 (no stuff) was gone. I've replaced the C0809 with a new one but still not powering on.
The voltage in the R8190 reach the 3.3V but drops to 0 after a few seconds. Should i make a jumper from pin 6 of U8020 to the R8190?

Please post helpfull information.
You didn't say anything about G3H voltages, or 3V3_S5/SUS; stable, or not?
Did you check any signal from power on sequence?

Sorry,...
Now, it has no green light on the charger (a while ago it had green light and PPBUS_G3H was 8.6V).
now PPBUS_G3H = 0.2V.
On F7140 it has also 0V
PP3V42_G3H = 2.8V (7.8 k ohm to ground)
PPDCIN_G3H = 19.9V
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL = 19.9V

After reflowing U7090 it start to work again, and apparently it's normal. What do you thing i should do?
