820-00165-A Orange light No power 0.40A

Hi, i have 820-00165-A boar.
Found flux around bios U6100and SMC U5000.
Reballing both and flash new clear me bios.
Now i have orange light on charger and fan spin for few seconds with 0.40A, then restarting itself and stuck to 0.40A with black screen and cpu heating.

Every time i try to measurement the CPU_VR_READY: the board shutdown itself.

PLT_RESET_L comes high?

CPU_VCCST_PWRGD goes high too?
Is the BIOS tried good for sure?
Do you get all voltages after the coils and resistors from page 11?

Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces (page 46).
Also check U6101 and its solders/traces.

bios is from other forms, i believe is good.
i get all voltages from page 11
from SPI Bus Series is all goos. i have 0v in SPI_CLK_R and SPI_MOSI_R
U6101 is ok

Looks like PCH/CPU problem.
Just in case, try heating it using quality flux.
