i have a macbook air here. 820-00165-a. fan spins. no post. usb ligh working. i notice PP0V6 S0 DDRVTT is outputing 1.17V. is this generated from the rams?

just reviewed line. u7400 is ok. theres a cut line internally between pin 1 VTTSNS and pin 3 VTT. jumped it and now its booting.
