820-00165-a PP3V3_SUS missing

HI,

Board is water damaged.


PPDCIN_G3H, PPBUS, PP3V42_G3H, PPVRTC_G3H, PP5V_S5, PP3V3_S5,


PP3V3_SUS, PP5V_S4RS3, PP3V3_S4SW_SNS, PP1V05_SUS note present.


Also ALL SYS PWR 0V. P5VS4RS3_EN not present and PM_SLP_S4_L too.



NO way to boot it.. CPU shorted?

P.S: FIrst PPBUS was 8.2 and SMC had been changed so now it's 8,6

Reballing SMC was good enough, I suppose.
Must be done always on liquid damaged board.

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS now?

i get S5 rails but not SUS ( pulsing from 0,2 to 0.7V)

FInally i reballed and changed it's own SMC ( other one was from donor board, same 820-00165). Now all reails 5V_S5, SUS are pulsating.). I gues that SMC is fucked and donor one is fucked too?

And green light now turn orange after 1 min aprox.
