i think This is liquid damaged There is no visible corrosion or damaged as I cheked with microscope. board is pretty clean. cheked only with dc in board and fan same out come. takes 12 secnds to get the chime i Disconnected keyboard? Check SMC_ONOFF, to see if it may be getting pulled down. SMC_ONOFF stable 3.4v even after fan stoped. but it drop down right before it shut off then went back up wile it is booting after 12 sec fan spinging I get the chime and apple logo. then auto turn off . now nothing connected other tha dc jack as soon connect the magsafe fan spins then after 20 sec auto turn off

Try first starting in SMC bypass mode.
Check if 3V42_G3H is stable when board restarts by itself.
Also monitor PPBUS_G3H and SMC_RESET_L at same time.

So the board turns off, not restart.
Try to clean ME, if you have Medusa programmer.
