hi. i have problem here. water damaged board 820-00165-a . i did replaced corroded components but is still not powering up. i checked voltage :
PPBUS_G3H - 8.62v
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS - 8.62v
PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS - 8.62v
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL -16.5v
PPDCIN_G3H -16.5v
PP3V42_G3H - 3.42v
PPVRTC_G3H - 3.33v
PP5V_S5 - 5.2v
PP5V_S4RS3 -0.00v ? (is this voltage should be showing when laptop is powered of or when is power on? i dont understand with rails are showing when laptop is on or off.)
PP5V_S0 - 0.00v (also this one ?)
PP3V3_S5 - 3.33v
PP3V3_S4 -3.33v
PP3V3_SUS - 3.33v
PP3V3_S3 - 0.04v
PP3V3_S0 - 0.03v
not sure if i should continue measurements more ?
anybody can help me ? Thank you in advance

S3 state voltages are controlled by PM_SLP_S4_L and S0 voltages are controlled by PM_SLP_S3_L signal.
Check if PM_SLP_S4_L pulses at least; maybe every 5s, or just once when SMC_ONOFF_L is triggered.
If yes, all S3 voltages should pulse too.
Same test for S0 voltages must be done.

U1950 is very sensible to corrosion, check that area.

Check SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWEMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST_L.
Toggle SMC_ONOFF_L and check if PM_PWRBTN_L reacts.
Also check all RTC signals.
