Also post voltage and diode mode on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

Remove U7100 and check again SCL/SDA.
If still big difference, SMC is the last.
Let the board cools down, before measuring in diode mode.

Not too big, but usually should get almost the same value.
Be sure battery connector is good; sometime I found broken pins.

I never bought Apple batteries on eBay.
I repair more for other services, they chnage the batteries when needed.
I have old original "known good" batteries in stock, only for tests; not for all models, unfortunatelly.
