820-00165 chime and then shuts down

Hi Guys I have another 00165, no signs of liquid damage, all voltages are there (i get a spinning fan but not 3 x reboot not sure this model does that as well same as 3437?). The Mac chimes, I see the back light turning on but no apple logo appears and it then shuts down and wont turn on again unless disconnecting all power. Any ideas?

These do not do the 3x power on cycle.
This is a weird issue, have you disconnected everything, SSD,LCD, everything. See if it stays on then.

Yes i disconnected everything, and tried it also with the board installed. Tried a PRAM reset as well. It shuts before the Apple logo appears. Will see if I can find some short in any line.

That is CPU Vcore and there is no short there as the board would never work like that.

AS you still get an apple logo you did not disconnect the SSD.....
