820-00165 (Crash Dump)

I have a 820-00165 that starts to boot then I get a crash dump and it starts over.
This crash dump is when loading my tech drive so I know it is good.

I am thinking memory ic? but how do I tell which one?

Could be RAM, or CPU.
Did you try known good BIOS file?
Not only clean ME for original, try full new BIOS file.

What happens if try to boot Linux, or Windows?
