Do NOT do that again, before measure basics things...
Post exact value you get there.
Then check if any big coil gives the same value.
If yes, check if you get a value close to 000 betwen that coil and PPBUS_G3H.
That means corresponding high-side MOSFET is shorted.
In this way you will never inject overvoltage into CPU.
Thing which you could already done now...
Remove F7140 and see if the short is on pin 1 or pin 2. If pin 1, inject away. If pin 2, inspect the board for any of the tantalum capacitors showing goo leaking from them or a crack in any of them.
