820-00165 - does not recognize SSD

There was oxidation on the U8070, I replaced it, but it still doesn't recognize it. The PP3V3_S0SW_SSD_FET_R with the SSD is 1.2v and without the SSD 2.4v. I've already changed it twice.

Do you also have 3.3V at pin 3/U8070?
If yes, then bad chip; may also have bad solders.

I'm taking it out of scrap, because I don't have it new.
